Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 110 Analytics Ltd (Malta company registration C 113879, VAT MT32362237), the operator of Social Media Arena ("we", "us"), handles personal data. We are the data controller. Questions: admin@110analytics.io.

What we collect

• Details you enter in the sign-up form: your name, work email, brand name, and the public page links you choose to track (your own and your rivals').
• Billing data processed by Stripe when you pay. We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic technical and usage data (for example, that a form was submitted) to run and secure the service.

What we analyse

The product scores public engagement data only, reactions, comments and shares on public pages you nominate. We do not access private accounts, private metrics (reach, impressions), or any page you do not have the right to nominate. We never require login access to any social account.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To provide the service you requested and build your dashboard: performance of a contract.
• To bill you and keep tax records: legal obligation and contract.
• To contact you about your account: legitimate interest and contract.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted providers strictly to run the service: Netlify (website and form hosting), Stripe (payments), Supabase (dashboard data and login), and data-collection tools for public social metrics. Each acts under a data-processing agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing data for as long as you are a customer and for the period required by Maltese tax law afterwards. If you cancel, your dashboard data is deleted on request and your login is disabled.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to processing. Email admin@110analytics.io and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
