These terms govern your use of Social Media Arena, operated by 110 Analytics Ltd (Malta company C 113879, VAT MT32362237). By subscribing you agree to them.
Social Media Arena is a subscription dashboard that scores your nominated public social pages against up to five rivals across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, refreshed daily, with AI labelling and a weekly brief. It uses public engagement data only. It does not access private accounts or private metrics, and never requires login access to any social account.
The Core plan is €290 per month plus 18% VAT (€342.20), billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The formal VAT invoice is issued by 110 Analytics Ltd. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never affect the month already paid.
Your dashboard and 30-day backfill go live within 24 hours of payment. If we cannot deliver, we refund that payment in full.
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate part months. On cancellation your login is disabled and your data is deleted on request.
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party platforms will always expose the same public data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: admin@110analytics.io.
